Another bad movie idea

Have the guy who wrote the screenplay for Sum of All Fears rewrite the classic Frankenheimer/Sinatra Manchurian Candidate, with Denzel Washington in the Sinatra role. No director yet attached. Man o’ Manischewitz, as we used to say. And since when is Tina Sinatra a movie producer? According to IMDB, she’s still looking for a follow-up to her classic (he-he) miniseries biography of dear departed Daddy.
