200 Days

I try not to make much of my exercise efforts because honestly there’s not much to make.

But I am proud that for the last year I’ve made it to the gym three times a week (with four weeks at two). I don’t do multi-hour workouts but I try and get sweaty and a little achy.

I also try to close the Move Ring on my Apple Watch every day, and to increase the level every month or two. Today my close streak hit 200 days! 🎉🎉
