Getting money back a constant headache: no freaking kidding, Mr. Langberg! Of the most recent rebates on stuff I bought at Fry’s, only one came without me making phone calls and resending the forms and that one was direct from the manufacturer (Symantec) while the rest (apparently) were programs run by Fry’s.
